BMW 3 Series M Sport package on sale in Australia
BMW Australia has announced the BMW 3 Series sedan's optional M Sport Package is now available, bringing performance-themed styling and a sportier suspension tune to the premium mid-sized line-up.
The M Sport Package is available on all models in the new 3 Series sedan line-up – excluding the entry-level 318d diesel – and adds $5460-$6844 to the price, depending on the variant.
The sports suspension tune lowers the ride height by 10mm, and combines with the M aerodynamics package, high-gloss black eight-bar kidney grille, and 19-inch M light alloy wheels to create a distinctive exterior appearance.
Inside, the 3 Series M Sport scores an M leather steering wheel, Dakota leather upholstery, sports seats, anthracite roof liner, aluminium trim with Estoril Blue or high-gloss black inserts, M door sill trim, and a unique instrument cluster.
Customers can further enhance their 3 Series M Sport cars with a number of options, including the signature Estoril Blue metallic paint and M Sport brake package, and also benefit from reduced pricing for the adaptive M suspension.
BMW Australia expects a strong take-up of the M Sport Package on the new 3 Series, given more than one in four previous-generation BMW 3 Series models sold locally were equipped with the sports-themed option pack.
