Renault introduces free servicing offer for April

Renault Australia is offering three years of free scheduled servicing on a range of models until the end of April.

The French brand’s short-term deal is open to both private and business buyers and available for the Megane hatchback, Fluence small sedan, Latitude mid-size sedan and Koleos compact SUV.

The offer, applicable to new or demonstrator vehicles ordered before 30th April 2012 and delievered by 31 May 2012, excludes the RenaultSport Clio and Megane hot-hatches, Megane Convertible, and Kangoo, Master and Trafic commercial vans.

Renault currently offers the longest warranty period of any European brand in Australia, with its five-year factory warranty matching Kia, Hyundai and Mitsubishi in offering two years longer than the industry three-year average.

The extended warranty and servicing offer are part of Renault’s strategy to better establish the brand in Australia after previous unsuccessful relaunch attempts.

Renault is making positive progress so far, having come close to doubling 2010’s sales in 2011 with 3622 sales.

To February 2012, Renault sales have increased 38 per cent year to date.
