Drifting in Poland – on public roads

Then you best buy a ticket to Poland, where the highly skilled art of drifting has been fused with hill climbing on public roads, up the side of a Polish mountain. But you'll need to be on your game, as there is precious little room for error, as the accompanying video clearly illustrates.

The idea might have legs too, with fans lining the streets and drivers getting used to such a new style of racing producing some spectacular incidents.

This may not be quite like The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, but the Polish version does make for entertaining video content, and of course, some very decent driving.
