Jaguar XF Sportbrake confirmed for Geneva

Jaguar has confirmed the medium-sized XF Sportbrake will be revealed at the 2012 Geneva motor show in March.

The XF Sportbrake will compete with the likes of the BMW 5-Series wagon and the Audi A6 Avant (due to be released in Australia in Q3, 2012).

Jaguar has been running a teaser campaign for the Sportbrake for some time now in order to gauge interest in and demand for the model.

It is likely the Jaguar XF Sportbrake will - at least initially - be a 'retail order only' proposition in Australia, which means cars will only come to the country when ordered by customers. Australian orders for the XF Sportbrake could begin as early as Q4, 2012.
