Hyundai is introducing the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe facelift. The update includes minor exterior cosmetic revisions, more equipment, and is available in two variants and three trim levels.
The facelifted Santa Fe comes in three trim levels, the SLX, Elite, and Highlander. All three are available with two engine options including the 3.5-litre V6 petrol front-wheel drive, and the 2.2-litre CRDi diesel all-wheel drive.
Visually, the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe has a restyled front underside and skid plate, as well as a matching silver rear skid plate. Highlights around the fog lights and roof racks are finished in piano black on 'Elite' and 'Highlander' models, while the Highlander model also comes with leather seats and a set of new 18-inch alloy wheels.
All trim variants, except the SLX manual, come with a button-operated Down-Hill Brake Control (DBC) system to guide the vehicle down steep hills. All variants come with electronic stability control, traction control, six airbags, and rollover sensors. These features help provide ANCAP five-star safety.
Four new exterior colour options are available with the model update as well, including Blue Spirit, Carbon Grey, Superior Red, and Titanium Silver.
