Video: Jaguar C-X75 Concept car rolling footage

We've reported several times on the gorgeous Jaguar C-X75 Concept being approved for production, and of course the news that Australians will be able to buy it and drive it locally, due to its right-hand-drive configuration being confirmed.

Every time we've seen the concept in person, it has been stationary. Now, a fan has captured the concept car moving under its own power. The concept shows twin-turbines under the rear glass cover, but Jaguar confirmed earlier in the year that the concept car's motivation comes from electric motors which are recharged via plug-in, rather than using turbines to generate the electric power.

That's why the car is virtually silent in this video, however those proportions do look beautiful on the move - even if it is only a few kilometres an hour.

The production version of the C-X75 will use a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine using Formula 1 technology thanks to Jaguar's partnership with the Williams F1 team. It will go into production in 2013.
