Volvo fans would be happy to know that the upcoming Volvo V30 seems to be getting to the end stages of its development. These photos of the V30, which is essentially a four-door version of the popular C30 hatch, were snapped in Holland a few days.
The photographer said he found the car driving around in Amsterdam where it was seen at McDonalds during a break. The V30 is expected to be based on the next-generation C30, which is also expected to spawn a crossover version called XC30.
Even if the prototype is wearing heavy cammo, it looks like the front end is sleeker and more like the S60 then the current C30. Rear lights also look very sculptured. Although nothing is officially confirmed by Volvo, we suspect the Volvo V30 is likely to debut in late 2012 or early 2013.
