Aptera Typ 1 video

After concluding its crash testing, Aptera will be ready to move the Typ-1 into production. The 'car' is essentially a plug-in hybrid designed by Jason Hill, whose previously been involved with the Porsche Carrera GT and Smart. It has only taken nine months for the Typ-1 to go from concept to reality.

If it does get approved for production, it's currently estimated to cost around U.S. $30,000 and have a fuel economy of an amazing 0.8L/100km!
