Porsche has recently been testing the upcoming 998 2012 Porsche 911 in northern Sweden. Last week, we showed you some spy images of a prototype 998 911 Turbo being tested but since then a video showcasing other 998 prototypes has surfaced on YouTube.
As far as we know, the 998 Porsche 911 will comprise of an entry-level variant which will use a 3.4-litre flat six engine offing 257kW of power that will present 0-100km/h figures of 4.8 seconds. Next up will be the 998 Porsche 911 Carrera S which is reported to feature a revised 3.8-litre flat six offering 298kW of power. A range-topping Porsche 911 Turbo is then said to present a twin-turbocharged flat six which is expected to output upwards of 400kW.
