Video: Lamborghini Aventador LP700 pre-production footage

We're not entirely sure where this footage has come from - apparently it has been secretly released - but it features the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700 being driven around on some snowy roads. The car is still finished in disorienting paintwork but the panels don't seem to feature any cladding or bulky camouflage.

The video could just be a clever piece of marketing released to the public to build anticipation prior to the car's official Geneva Motor Show unveiling, but it does give us a nice first impression of the car on the road. The video also gives us a glimpse of some of the interior details, such as the steering wheel and shift paddle layout.

This is the first time ever that we get a quick interpretation of the cabin noise and overall in-car environment during acceleration as well. Although the dashboard layout is shown, it's hard to make sense of the design as it is quite darkened by shadows and contrast.

Nonetheless, it's some great raw footage of the Aventador in pre-production form, and we get to hear that awesome new 520kw 6.5-litre V12 singing away, so we can't complain. Take a look below.
