Video: 2012 Porsche 991 911 spied in Sweden

A recent video on YouTube has emerged showcasing the next-generation 2012 Porsche 911 991. The car is seen testing in extreme winter conditions in Sweden.

From the video we can see that the next-generation Porsche 911 will feature a number of slight body design changes, including a reshaped rear end incorporating longer and flatter hunches.

The front end is disguised in some camouflaging but we can see that the new Porsche 911 will get LED daytime running lights - in accordance with the recently introduced legislation - as well as LED front indicators.

Reports say the new Porsche 991 911 will feature a range of flat six engines, starting with a 3.4-litre unit outputting 257kW, to a range-topping 3.8-litre flat six engine, outputting 310kW. These engines are likely to include Stop/Start technology as well as some form of regenerative braking.

The new Porsche 991 911 is set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September later this year. In the meantime, take a look at the video below for more close up shots.
