The first Volkswagens arrived in Australia in 1953, then were later built in Australia in 1957. In the years since, the brand has launched its eight generations of Volkswagen Golf, plenty of high-performance GTI and R products, as well as its T-Cross, T-Roc, Tiguan and Touareg SUVs.
