It does seem strange doesn’t it, that each year, millions of people around the world flock to car shows of static displays of their favourite four-wheel objects, specifically designed to move us from one place to another.
It’s hardly what you would call the ideal environment to evaluate what is functionally, a moving object.
Chevrolet Camaro on sale in Australia
Chevrolet Camaro fans need not be disappointed at GM’s decision to not import the iconic sports coupe into Australia, as the car will be available for sale here from around October.
Queensland based company Performax International will be the first importer and right-hand drive converter for the hero car in Australia.

Audi launches TT diesel in Australia

German importer Audi has launched on the Australian market, what it says is, the first series-production sports car in the world to be powered by a diesel engine.
The company says pure sportiness and compelling performance, combined with sensational efficiency is the best description of its newest TT model to arrive Down Under.
Porsche to cut 911 production – report

Weakening demand may force German sports car maker Porsche to further cut production of its iconic 911 model, according to reports.
Reuters Newsagency says that the falling sales is forcing Porsche to consider cutting production later this year at its main Zuffenhausen plant near Stuttgart where the 911 Carrera is built.
