We drove out to Bondi. As a resident of Manly, it’s somewhat a big deal for me to leave the comfort of the Northern Beaches, but I thought I’d make the journey to see if it would be comfortable going the distance.
A drive out to Palm Beach would have been the perfect route. I felt at ease behind the wheel but didn’t have a particularly relaxing drive through the city (does anyone?).
Hot! In addition to falling in love with the colour, this car has my ideal shape, size and number of doors.
The large drivers seat was incredibly comfortable. It’s very spacious – plenty of room at my feet and the steering wheel was not an intrusive size.
I haven’t driven too many new cars in my time, so I still get excited by the controls on the steering wheel. To be able to change the volume, radio station and CD track at your fingertips is a gift! (My old Aqua and Backstreet Boys albums definitely got a work out!)
It gets the shakes at high speeds. Even at 80km/hr, it starts to feel the pressure of the wind. It’s not like you’re going to lose control, you just need to be aware of it.
In my opinion, it’s not big or sturdy enough. This is the perfect first car for a young, female professional who’s ready to make their first purchase of a brand new car.
This little run-about is surprisingly fuel efficient! Having left the CarAdvice garage with ¾ tank of petrol, after our date it was still over half full.
This might sound shallow, but it didn’t possess the best package. With the incredible in-car technology that is available these days, I wouldn’t buy a brand new car if it didn’t have some sort of display screen. Though the tech that it had was everything I need, I was left wanting more.
It’s cute and sweet! I’d gladly go out with it again!
I’m not looking for anything serious at the moment, but I did thoroughly enjoy my time with this little green machine!
My 17-year-old self would be melting over it. This is the ideal car for young P-plate drivers. The minimal interior and tech means there’s little to no distractions for drivers.
