2012 Mazda CX-5 Grand Tourer Review
I'm not happy with our Mazda CX5, there is not much room in the back for our 6ft son. Also there are a few rattles in the cabin of the car, one under the wheel and the other is in the pillar on the passage side. I do like how the car drives and the way it feels on the road but no car should rattle like this one. And some of the plastics in the car feel really cheap and hard. I have taken the car into Mazda many times for this rattle and yet it is still in the car. For 50 grand you could have gotten the new jeep witch seems much better in build quality and in my mind a better name. I am still happy with my car but I think they need to lift there game when it comes to how they make there cars because people are looking for well made cars theses days not just some plastic put on the door with a little bit of leather. By the looks of things the new model seems to be much better in build but they need to get up there and match some of the German car brands of Audi and BMW. I still think they should get a electric boot as a extra. Also get rid of the holes on the seats they let a lot of dirt in to them and it doesn't come out. Also they should get rid of the black plastic on the body work and paint it then the car will be more like a Q5.
- looks good, drives well, great fuel
- hard plastic, no room, rattles , cheaply made
