2015 Mitsubishi Outlander LS Review

I purchased the Mitsi ZJ Outlander diesel 4wd LS about a month ago (Apr 2015) and couldn't be happier. We purchased it from Dandenong Mitsubishi in Victoria. I found the sales guy wasn't all that keen/ knowledgeable however the service from the dealership was fine. I had seen pics of the new 2015 model and thought it was just ugly whereas this model while slightly bland has looks that are more enduring...

2014 Mazda 3 Neo Review

Bought this car as a demonstrator, with 1500 kms on it Since it is a demo, it comes with the OPTIONAL safety pack, auto-dimming mirrors, smart city braking and BDM. Blind spot monitoring system comes in useful during heavy rain, make switing lanes a lot more easier and less frightening. (I am a newbee to driving, sorry) Trunk is spacious yet the hinges kind of get into the way sometimes...

2015 Volkswagen Golf 103 TSI Highline Review

The exterior design is dated and bland but internally the car looks and feels quality (although you'll have to buy premium pack if you want leather upholstery and who wants a sunroof other than someone with a comb over?) Reviews often highlight good ergonomics but steering wheel controls are small and fiddly...

2013 Volkswagen Golf 90 TSI Comfortline Review

Great car - refined, balanced, economical - not as conservative as some say - would buy another one Manual great fun to drive - taught my daughter to drive in this car and she loves it Drove other cars but they did not have the finish that the golf has - I have driven bigger VWs and the golf parts are in the much more expensive cars so believe get a premium product Sometimes tricky with the electronic break on a hill start but get used to this My wife swears by car and wants a new one in three years - may Aldo look at the golf estate as this has good vfm against some of the bigger VWs I think the vw dealership could be better though they are very nice and professional they act as though they are just trying to get more money out of you which is a pity as they have good products to sell The dealerships need to lift their game as brand loyalty is important in purchasing cars and poor or misdirected service damages the brand - know people who have been put off by service not the product The golf is a great car and the comfortline is the best in the line for vfm - it'll be interesting whether any issues arise - at the moment nothing other than a bit if a sweaky clutch has been the issue - it's important that the gold holds it price and second ones are expensive Best small car on the market...

2013 Skoda Yeti 103 TDI Review

After 18 months owning my Yeti, it has proved to be a fantastic choice as a car that is a pleasure to drive, totally reliable and very frugal on fuel. The build quality is clearly first rate and it has not exhibited any reliability issues or missed a beat in any way. The DSG transmission is very easy to use and living in a fairly hilly area, I use the manual selection quite a bit...

2015 Honda HR-V VTi-S Review

I have had my HRV VTi-s for a month and done about 2500ks. Downsizing from a V6 it definitely lacks as much power but is ample for my wife who is the main driver. Seating is good for 4 large adults and ride is very good. Just did a trip from Hervey Bay via Brisbane to Tenterfield and back with 3 large adults in the vehicle all with an overnight bag each and all commented on how good the vehicle drove and ride comfort for a small vehicle...

2013 Volkswagen Jetta 147 TSI Highline Review

One of the best mid sized sedans around. I sold my 07 Honda Euro for the 2013 147tsi highline and don't regret my decision, apart from not having a manual gearbox. It looks sleek, is very roomy, has a great engine, a good sounding 8 speaker stereo and enough features that keep me entertained. While the interior plastics aren't as good as the Honda, everything else is good...

2015 Mercedes-Benz S600 L Review

Overall the S600 V12 is a magnificent car. Its got a ton load of features which becomes really useful over time. The car is both enjoyable to drive and to be chaffered in. The rear leg room in generous although I do believe the 760Li and Rolls Ghost are a little better. It is definitely a head turner and for me has a certain presence which the normal S-Classes just do not match up to...

Wow. what a car. The Ferrari 458 Speciale. They've add a few more things to make it just that little bit more better. when I heard that the 458's days were numbered with the new 488GTB coming in to replace it....I thought its now or never. So I went for it. And to this very day, I haven't yet regretted the choice...

2015 Holden Commodore SV6 Review

I was looking to update my VT with over 300,000km on the clock. Hard decisions had to be made as I wanted LPG and a wagon, both of which come as auto only. I also wanted some towing ability which meant a Commodore or Falcon was a logical choice. I also test drove an ecolpi XR6 which was great to drive...

First let me state the numbers at the bottom are for a car in its class, not versus cars in general. My wife is still learning and we wanted a tiny car for her to drive and be comfortable in with 5 star safety. The Polo DSG was the choice over other hatches. The base model was lacking creature comforts we so the Comfortline made it into our garage...

2004 BMW 5 30i Sport Review

We bought this baby approximately 2 years ago. It was an impulse buy which my partner thought was a good idea as he has always dreamed about owning a 5 series. At the time I had high doubts about buying a European car with 120,000kms that was 9 years old. But, (touch wood) there was little wrong with her...
