You can't say without actually sitting in it, but the outside visibility looks really terrible, particularly out the back and the blind spots.

It would certainly turn heads.

Just a comment on Andrew M's comment about American taste.

Its ironic a bit, because GM is the one that established that "taste", they after all pioneered that "taste" in the U.S.

Good thing though, European design studios of GM/Ford are more tasteful, they design their cars strictly with influenced from the other Euro car makers... oh Toyota/Mazda/Nissan etc do the same thing.

But in general, Japanese car maker styling IS more "attractive" than U.S based ones.

Australia is pretty much collaborating with Euro styling, which is a good thing.

It isn't that big it's just a rebodied Crewman.

The styling is an update and a cross between a GMC crewcab pickup and the Chev SSR.

The slab sides make it look bigger then it is, that said it ain't pretty.

Hmm, looks like some lineage from the Volt, which I must say I like.

Problem here? Too much grille! Way way too much, and suprisingly, not chrome bars :)

However I think it looks extremely futuristic, kinda like the side view. But definitely 'American' in taste, which incidentally, is the market it's aimed at.

As for enlarged flares - it's a pickup, should have SOME flare enlargement :) Just look at how they've grown on the Hilux SR5 for instance.
