Looks just like the FPBV F6CX territory wotchamacallit interior. Maybe Ford are onto something with the cackulous black and white, after all.

    Yeah.

    Anyway.

I had one of these New Beetles once. I bought it for commercial reasons only, had it sign-written blah blah blah. What a mistake. Don’t for a second think that if you sign-write a car, people are going to fall over you in a crush saying, “OMG, do you do such n such?”

Cos it doesn’t happen. All that happens is mates come up to you and say, “Yair, saw ya car outside the whorehouse last night…orright?”

The pain was complete by it being such a goddamned useless car. Huh! Useless! Crappy engine, suspension, interior room, bootspace…I’m gonna stop right now, or I’ll get too upset! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

No they are continuing with the Beetle, the next generation is returning to the rear engined variety.

I vomited over mine, Andrew M.

Only joking. Believe it or not, it stayed put during my ownership, a very long 18 months. I didn’t have a beef with the flower vase, only the car.

Ha Ha Golfie you’re on one today. The interior is a tad Pimpy. Yep a car with no practicality at all. It was a good advert in its time for VW though.

Meaty - where have you heard about the rear engine bit for a new bBeetle mate. I’m interested.

It’s true, No name! A new rear engined Beetle will form part of the new Up! family, so it is said.
