Just bought a 2008 Black Outlaw
44,000 clicks and it's bloody great.
I have removed the 'I'm a tool' option for a slightly more subtle version on the tailgate where the STX badge should be. (Thanks to a Signwriting mate)

I hope your driving the Deisel and not the Petrol.
My petrol when new first used 11-12 per hundred, after 67000 ks and a set of proper 4WD tyres im up to 13-14 per hundred. I still love my Navara but wish leather was an option outside of the Titanium package.

Actually I am one of those people and thought it was a good buy regardless of the sticker and I wear a red bandanna! Nah it is a bit pox but I like the truck it is OK but the seats are not the most gripping, hugging, comfortable I drive 300k to work and am a bit old and I miss my SS ute seats! They loved me? I think the Navara needs better seats! Everything else is sweet

My Mum has a red outlaw: been great except for some idiot backed into the side of it. She has torno looking into a canopy for it. One side of torno fastening has become very loose.
My Brother has a black outlaw: has had the clutch redone, aircon leaks on passenger front floor, has a weird noise that dealer can't figure out, paint is now damaged due to a trees sap on it he took ti too work (panel beater/spray painter) and there's hardly any paint on it at all.
Dad has a white kingcab: has removed well back and put a sturdy tray on it for work purposes, back seat are not very good at all.

All 3 utes go like the clappers, all are manuals told my bro I'd buy his if he gets resprayed my 3 kids fit in great even with car seats. They are good on fuel/diesel comfy. Sticker's aren't that bad lol

Just took delivery of a silver brand new 2008 D40 extra cab. I'm in love! Does anyone know of chip upgrades to increase performance? (I know it sounds wanky, but I just got out of a modified WRX - gimme a break!)

PS: For me it is value unquestionable.

If you are a tradie looking for second hand Navara in three years from now, I know which one I would prefer.
