Jeep Grand Wagoneer

Luxury 7-seat SUV Jeep returning to a showroom near you within 2 years

Jeep introduced the Wagoneer nameplate in 1963, which continued to sell in various forms until 1991 although, there weren’t that many here in Australia, just the odd one, here and there.

The Grand Wagoneer was the luxury flagship of the range and was quite the status symbol for those well-heeled folks who could afford them.

Chrysler CEO Sergio Machionne has said to an audience in Detroit that, “It’s time we gave the market an upper-scale Grand Wagoneer”

Reports indicate that the new Grand Wagoneer will be based on the new Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango, but will be priced higher than those vehicles.
