My partner denied speeding and regularly gives me a hard time as I travel 10% over or to the conditions whichever is slower. Of course when she drives I often observe her going well over the limit. You get that way after you've heard the judge say "I have no hesitation in handing down a custodial sentence". Of course that’s only the one’s who admit to speeding.
