Fishing around on eBay, trolling through the cars that you’re never going to buy is sometimes fun. Every now and then you come across something very interesting that you wish you could afford, especially at ‘that’ price, ‘it’s a bargain’. This is another one of those instances. Currently on eBay is an ultra-rare Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster Versace edition.

These retailed for around $1 million in the US, but here and now, the owner/dealer wants just $US635,777 ($650,400), ‘Buy It Now’, too. It’s still a lot of money, we know, but it only has 1949km on the clock.

The car is also optioned with Lamborghini’s E-gear transmission instead of the standard manual six speed, and it comes with a full set of Versace luggage. Well, it did when it was new. The eBay ad doesn’t mention anything about the baggage, the owner/dealer has probably opted to keep it to make up for that bargain price.

Other features that were added on as options from new are carbon fibre trimming insert throughout the interior and a ceramic brake package. That’s on top of the already-rare and extremely exotic presence the car offers.

Behind the driver and passenger seats, and under the bespoke black mesh hood, there’s that magnificent 6.5-litre V12 offering 640 horsepower (477kW).

If only… oh well.
