After countless emails, requests, begs and even people coming up to us in the street asking for a forum (okay, so maybe just the one person), we have decided to trial a CarAdvice Forum.

CarAdive forums

The forum is open to the public but registration is required, the forum database is currently not linked up with the main website database (this may happen in the future but as it is currently only a trial, we will have to wait and see).

Please go ahead and register on our forums and post any technical issues in the comments here.

    i’ll give it a go, but as soon as it degenerates into mindless “my car is better then your car” and “that car sucks because its made by (insert manufacturer)” crap i’m outa there!

    It says in the terms to not attack others, so I think I’ll be safe there – (I’ve taken alot of personal attacks so I’m on holidays when I’m loged on)

    I’m with yah Richo….Oh and my car is crapper than yours. In fact I’ve got the crappest car on the whole website…beat that.

    I have always liked that you could just post a comment here at the bottom of an aricle I read. A forum, as good as it sounds will bring a lot of problems with it.

    I’m reluctantly not going to join because I want to stay a fan of the site.

    I’m not so sure about the forums either, I think all you really need is a subscription facility to the comments for each story.

    This means that all comments will be in context of the story, rather than all over the shop.

    Nah not yet im still trying to work out how to turn my computer on ! Yeah Oz that was really, really, rude ! Notice my tongue firmly planted in my cheek ! Oh god that sounded bad as well !! Blame Oz for putting filth in my mind haaaaaa
