Video: Toyota creates short Hiromu Naruse documentary
Hiromu Naruse, Toyota's former chief test driver, died in June this year when he collided with another road user whilst driving a Nurburgring prototype version of the Lexus LFA supercar.
His presence has not only been missed by Toyota and its employees, but also by all motoring fans who appreciate true thoroughbred sports cars and their development.
Hiromu Naruse was with Toyota for almost 50 years and was pivotal in the development and production of various great sports cars such as the Toyota 1600GT, Toyota Supra - all generations, the Toyota Altezza/Lexus IS200/300 as well as the awesome Lexus IS F and the simply astonishing Lexus LFA, as well and many others.
As a way of showing appreciation for all his work, Toyota has recently produced this touching short documentary in his honour outlining some of his philosophies and extraordinary contributions.
