The new fiesta looks a shocker, i have been looking into getting a 2007 model, and i think that the current shape is much better. Hope the new Ford models are good though.

As mazda is a ford company i would have to imagine that is very similar to the new mazda 2, just as all the other models are. Ranger and BT-50, Escape and Tribute etc.

It is hard to see past the cladding but I think it will be a good looking car in the end.

I would love to see an XR4 turbo with the new range.

I think Ford needs to diversify thier small car range, more engines, transmissions (which of course are mated to the various engines) and more accessories.

Cant wait for the 2008 Focus! it will have the dual-clutch 6 speed transmission…. Focus XR5? more like Focus SEXR5!

For the money and what you get [and what C/A will test when? not as long as the CX7 on hopes!]you would buy a Micra by Nissan, auto and 4 door inc. for $15k, should be selling zillions of them!

UK plated car in Poland. There is a 1.4litre TDCI diesel. Nice little performer in a little car, probably good for 5ltrs/100 plus.

Needs to compete with Vauxhalls latest Corsa which is the number 1 baby seller in Eurobland.

No surprises that it’s a diesel: the Fiesta TDCi is the jewel in the Ford Fiesta crown in Europe, and has been for years. More diesel Fiestas are sold than petrols.

Ford Australia’s decision to reject the diesel version thus far is puzzling.

According to the photographer, they were filling it up with Diesel, so it’s definitely a diesel, would be great of we could get a smaller turbo diesel variant for AU

That’s Cold testing. If they do heat testing in Australia like the Roewe 450 did, I hope it won’t get posted on here and get mixed up with a Falcon.lol!
