Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale

No one’s ever complained about the look of the Maserati’s GranTurismo, just that it doesn't cut it in the supercar league, when it comes to outright performance credentials.

That’s all changed with the all-new GranTurismo MC Stradale, which will debut at this month’s Paris Motor Show.

This more aggressive version of the GranTurismo model was inspired by the success of the race-winning GT4 racecar versions of the Trofeo GranTurismo MC and is said to possess razor sharp handling and able to reach a top speed above 300km/h.

The car will also have increased aerodynamic down force and more power than any pervious GranTurismo version, with 336 kW or 450 hp, but at the same time, will be more efficient and use no additional fuel.

Looking more like a tuned Maserati from Novitec Rosso, than anything from the factory in Italy, we're keen to know how quick it will do the 0-100km/h sprint in.  Stay tuned.
