Hyundai wins three What Car? Magazine Best Buy awards

What Car? Magazine, a British car buyers guide, has recently awarded multiple Hyundai models as ‘Best Buys’ in various categories. The Hyundai i10, Hyundai i20 and Hyundai Sante Fe R 2.2 taking most of the spotlight.

The Hyundai i20, only recently launched in Australia, was awarded Best Buy in the Supermini £9000-£11,000 (AU $15,600-$19,150) segment. While the i10 took Best Buy in the Supermini under £8000 (AU$13,880) segment. The Hyundai i10 has been very successful since its launch in Europe in 2009, yet still, the i10 isn’t currently available in Australia.

Making up the hat-trick, the Hyundai Sante Fe R 2.2 took home Best Buy in the four-wheel drive category. Oliver Mann, Hyundai Australia’s marketing director, said in a recent report,

“Hyundai continues to win acclaim around the world for combining latest generation design with outstanding quality and value.”

    The Hyundai/Kia story has been almost Cinderella-like – but let’s hope the fairy tale doesn’t turn into a nightmare.
