Hyundai tops CANSTAR’s most satisfied customer survey
Following up from Friday's article, it seems Hyundai is doing well on Australian shores with customer satisfaction as well. An independent study by Colmar Brunton and CANSTAR Blue has revealed Hyundai owners are more satisfied with their cars than the owners of eight other big-name brands.
The survey questioned 2500 consumers on various elements of car ownership, including after-sales service, direct reliability of the product to opinions on value for money. The research wasn't necessarily focused on automotive brands either, subjects were questioned about their attitudes towards various airline companies and mobile phone service providers too.
These results prove Hyundai is indeed progressing up in the automotive market, internationally and locally. The brand even scored ahead of trusted Australian makes, Ford and Holden.
