Lamborghini Murcielago SV China Edition Crash

A Lamborghini Price tag may buy you racecar handling, it certainly won’t buy you race car like driving skills or good luck - as seen when this driver came to grief in his 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago SV China Edition.

It is to be noted that this isn’t just any of the ‘regular’ limited 350 Murcielago SV models, with Lamborghini producing just 10 of these extremely rare ‘China Edition’ spec cars .

The photos of the wrecked Murcielago are confronting to say the least as it was taken away on the tow truck. Its believed that the supercar left the road travelling at over 180kph (About 9 seconds of acceleration for the SV) when it struck a series of small trees. Miraculously no one was injured in the high speed accident, despite reports that the driver and passenger were not wearing seatbelts at the time. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the battered supercar which suffered considerable damage in the accident.

Seeing any crashed Lamborghini is a gut wrenching sight, however knowing that this car was less than 2 months old and 1 of only 10 in existence only compounds the feeling.
