It’s not often that you spot the president of a car company checking our their competitor’s product – at a motor show.
Ford’s Tom Gorman was spotted seeing what all the fuss was about at the Holden stand – in particular the new Holden Sportwagon. We’ll leave the conclusion up to you.

Geezzz what is it with blokes,they do one thing for you and straight away you owe them big time! Hubby just re-gased the aircon in my car for me.No expense spared ,spent $10.00 US on a can to refill it bought at WAL MART when we there. Great idea I am supprised no is doing it here already. Last time it cost me $300 .Lets see how long it lasts…….Anyhow I guess he will ask me to get dirty with him later as I owe him he says……put your manners back in Klink I mean help him take the extractors of his car!!!hahaha

Yeah thongs, used to work down Sydney on jobs as Foreman, have sighted this phenomenon… the Japanese Safety Boots on more then one occassion! Andrew M… you will have to upgrade your safety boots from Bongs to Colorado. Much more latte and you will draw attention with those wherever you are…LOL
The safety ratings on Viva seem to contradict each other. ANCAp gave it 4 stars for occupant, 2 for pedestrian, yet every write up about it hammers it. I have read articles stating it as a pretty coffin in the making. Can any one shed light on the real safety record of the viva?
Viva Las Vegas, if it resemble’s a Daewoo Holdenwoo I don’t care about their safety, bluddy things shouldn’t be on the roads anyway…

The looks sure are looks of fear as its too late for Ford to do any design changes for the Orion. They may do a few minor cosmetic changes but the structure will be the same. This is one amazingly good looking wagon with the European style which was previously only seen on Mercs, Beemas, Audi and VW. The Chrysler 300C touring has incorporated it and Holden have perfected it. This is Fords nightmare, only have to look at AU to see ford have no idea about style.

The day Holden brought out the Commodore was the day they sold Australia out.
Falcon will not only overtake VE once again (VE only just passed Flacon on dynamics after 10 years of failing with Opel platform) but it’ll look a lot better while it’s doing it.
AU, an aquired taste. Commodore has made heaps of crap looking models along the way too. Gorman is just sratching his head thinking, “what happened to the cargo space?”
Face it idiot, if there weren’t so many morons like you accepting an inferior product, Ford would be ahead in the sales war over Holden. 300C is typical overweight ugly yank shit. Why did they even bother putting windows in the back doors, they are barely the size of the old quarter windows.

The 300c is alot bigger than this daewoo sh!t, this is just a hatchback. It took Holdenwoo a billion bucks and made the dunnydore look like sh!t.

Why can’t Ford marketing today have some nouce and decent slogans. No wonder Commodore are leading sales with an inferior product (except the v8’s).
