Kia Rondo7 Long Term Update - 1700km Family Road Trip
I'm not a huge fan of driving the Pacific Highway from Sydney to the Gold Coast too many people have paid the ultimate price for the New South Wales State Government's failure to provide a safe motorway for the thousands of folks who each year head north to the Gold Coast for their annu...

You can’t haul a computer desk around in an Aston Martin 4.7-litre Vantage Coupe or heaven forbid, the Roadster.
CarAdvice has been shooting a Full Throttle video on these two Aston Martins during the past week and as much as I enjoyed steering the Vantage box set, I can honestly say that it has not dulled my admirat...
It actually is old. It’s been on the market for almost two years in Europe!

Upswept rear quarterpanel & thick pillar design looks like the makings of a massive blind spot.

What a bunch of car snobs – all cars are ugly & a waste of money as far as I am concerned. I am by no means a fan of any type of car.
But I say good on Kia for being able to make an affordable family car. I have only heard good things of Kia mechanically, in that they are reliable with low maintenance & with low costing spare parts & that says a lot.

Ihave just bought a Kia Rondo three weeks ago and I just love it! I have five kids to transport around and it does the job just fine. I think that it is a lovely looking family car that is selling a a very affordable price. It isn’t a large truckster thing like the Carnival and the Tarago. It parks easy in tight parking bays and drives like a dream. It ticks all my boxes. So all you yuppie snobs out there, get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my wife test drove one and loved it..agsainst my better judgement we went ahead and got it..
so far it has been awesome..i have a camry with sports options and while the camry beats it power and performance wise..the rondo is a pleasure to drive on long trips and is quite responsive..and yes you can fit 7 people in it and it still drives ok..the nearest jap vehicle to match that is nearly double the price.
I have had fords and holdens and a skyline over the hyears and the two aussie cars have been overpriced crap! we also had a kia sportage for 5 years and did 220000 km the only problems we ever encountered was te fan clutch packed it in and i could not get an aftermarket model so i had to pay top dollar..otherwise very reliable.
I think the purists need to pull their collective heads in on this one!
