Still not going to win beauty pageants, and I saw this vehicle online like half a year ago at some US auto show.

Chrysler inspired grille is stupid, but clearly an overall improvement.

Hi
I actually want to buy one of these - as a Lease update to my 2004 Toyota Kluger - since I saw the revised model on the road in the US last July. However I am really not impressed with Subaru Aust and the way they have played dumb about this vehicles existance. The Price is a real problem here I suspect. Even though the Aust. $ dollar is at record levels against the Yen and the US - up 20% in 12 months - Subaru are talking a price rise: The vehicle is - [base model] $30,000 in the US or $33,700 Aus.
NOT $54,000 Aus. plus another $1500 price rise - as I'm being told here.
That puts the luxery model in the mid $65 thou+ - Subaru need to balance it against the competition
New 3.5 Kluger 4 x 4 - base $45,000
New Mazda CX7 4 X 4 - base $39,000
Otherwise I,m buying a Lexus RX 350 Sport for $75,000 less a decent discount and a 4 3/4 % lease

Not much improvement, we are still scarred by the last tribeca face and body, I couldn't find a big enough paper bag to helps it's misery, so now i literally just pull my eye's out, much less pain that way..

Much better, it's a commanding presence with the new face and the interior is pretty swish in person.

But jeez that's a lot of metal for the H6 engine to carry. Me thinks too much.

Thats much more like it! I like the styling, its not perfect but a lot better. The 3.6L flat 6 engine will be the best part I reckon, the biggest engine Subaru's ever used. I'm just hoping Subaru America (who designed and built the tribeca) go ahead and make a performance version of the 3.6L boxer.

Also I doubt the old ones will have bad resale value. Subaru's have bulletproof resale values, better performing than toyota, and even the bug eyed imprezas that no one like have resale values no lower than the pre MY01 models and the post MY03 models.
