Lamborghini Murcielago fire
Earlier today in New York, a stolen Lamborghini Murcielago was found smoldering in Brooklyn as New York Fire Department tried to put out the almost-sacrilegious scene.
Witnesses say they saw two men fleeing the scene on foot moments before the car burst into flames.
It's unclear if the suspected thieves intended on torching the car or if the car caught fire itself during their joyride. Either way, it's a shame to see such art worth over $750,000 burn to waste.
Footnote: Lamborghini has developed a bit of a reputation lately with a lot of reports circulating on some of the their cars spontaneously bursting into flames. It's painful to view, we know, but here's a few examples that go from this...
