No, in case you’re wondering, we didn’t come up with this test. It does seem a little silly on paper to put a 381 kW 5.2-litre V10 Audi R8 against a 175 kW 2.0-litre four-cylinder Honda Civic Type R (Mugen). Nonetheless the folks at Autocar did just that. It’s meant to be a real world test and it’s worth watching:

The Audi R8 goes from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds whilst the Honda takes an extra 2.1 seconds to get up to speed.

      The model tested was the UK Only Mugen model. Has %20 more power, bigger brakes, lighter weigth etc…

    Me really like alot hahaah. The guys saying that the Honda can keep up in the twisty stuff. Firstly the R8 isnt even being pushed to the limit and stays on line and secondly look how much road the Honda uses to keep up haha. Lucky theres not oncoming cars
