Brabus T65 RS Vanish SL65 AMG Black

German tuning company Brabus is known for creating monsters on wheels and its latest creation, the Brabus T65 RS Vanish now takes the crown as the most powerful production Mercedes of all time.

Initially made just to showcase the company's expertise, Brabus has announced it will go ahead with T65 RS Vanish which is based on the SL 65 AMG Black Series.

The original twin-turbo 6.0-litre V12 now has a power output of 588 kW and it produces a ridiculous 1,420 Nm of torque (from just 2,100 rpm). To preserve the gearbox (and the driver's sanity) peak torque is limited electronically to 'just' 1,100 Nm.

Put all the numbers together and it can go from 0-100km/h in 3.6 second and from 0-200 km/h in just 9.8 seconds. From there it will get to its electronically limited top-speed of 320km/h.

Apart from the engine tune, the Brabus package includes a variety of interior options such as combination of leather and Alcantara sports seats.

From the door panels to the dashboard, precision-sewn red seams adorn the interior elements, providing striking highlights to the upholstery.

Special paintjobs such as the matte black, new exhaust manifolds, four giant intercoolers under the carbon fiber hood, a speedometer that sports the car’s name complete the package.

There are currently no plans to turn any SL65 destined for Australia into a Brabus T65 RS Vanish.
