Toyota, Honda and Mazda just keep selling more cars while the local car building industry is in rapid decline. Neither sell rebadged old new Korean has been models and offer good quality cars with the right features at the right price. Mazda does not have a dud in the range right now - the Mazda 2, 3 (new model soon), 6, RX8, CX7 & CX9 are all world class offerings that offer style, safety, performance and value and more models coming soon. Even diesels appearing in the range - the just superceded shape 6 and current 3 both have diesel options and I know from driving my 6 turbo diesel - I'll be looking to replace it with the new shape Mazda 6 diesel in 2009. 140kW from a 2.2 TDI - can't go wrong.
