Ummm its a Daewoo Matiz, the only thing thats suitable for is scrap metal… if the Barina has a 2 star safety rating, Id imagine the Matiz will do one worse. Looks alrite this Toyota ‘iQ’, although cant say Im fan of these small vehicles… but there is a market for it.

The Matiz is a FAR better car than the Echo/Yaris/LowiQ

will ever be. Bloody shame it hasn’t got a Toyota badge, though.

I think it looks good!

Sure its a little hard on the eyes now, but wait till it gets to production, it will soften down and be much easier to look at.

the seating arrangement is awesome,

Come on Toyota, put the damn Matiz to shame, bring this to Australia!

AHHHHHH this is horrible, I can’t believe my eye’s even looked at it, the yaris was bad enough…. Holden thinking about the new Daewoo Matiz, it would make sense, oh no here we go again…..HOLDENWOO, THE ONLY THING THAT CAN MAKE SENSE IS THE THOUGHT OF YOU NOT REBADGING DAEWOO’S IN THE FIRST PLACE, NOW THAT IS JUST COMMON SENSE…..SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT HUH.

Jason, the new matiz wont happen I dont think, and if it does, it will be yet another failure from Holden, why cant they bring back the damn European built cars, that idiot Mooney is gone, so hopefully things will change for the better

Meh another light car, isn’t the light car market slowly decreasing in sales anyway?

I suppose with new models it will pick up sales, but seriously, you’re going to buy this over a Yaris? Surely they will compete with each other one way or another.

New Daewoo Matiz? Oh God, another two-star Barina? Toyota needs to bring this car here for the sake of saving young lives! Buy this and not the new Matiz…

Though I do like the Splash a little more…

It looks great, a little too edgy, but I am sure the production version will sort that out.
