2019 Hyundai iMax and iLoad pricing and specs

Practical people- and equipment-moving fans, rejoice! There's a new Hyundai iMax and iLoad – or a revised model, anyway. With a new face, more gear and a fancy Elite model for iMax buyers, it takes a good thing and improves on the formula.


2018 BMW M5 Competition revealed

A leaner, meaner BMW M5 is imminent for Australia. It'll be priced from $229,000 locally, with 460kW of power and 750Nm of torque for a 3.3-second sprint to 100km/h.


Renault Australia cuts warranty RS models

Renault has pulled its RS warranty into line with the brand's broader global standards, dropping coverage from five to three years. The news was confirmed this week, with Renault Australia's corporate communications manager telling CarAdvice the change is a "directive from head office".

Australian liquid fuel stocks up for assessment, as reserves sit below 50 days

"Liquid fuels like those listed above are crucial: in an opinion piece published in Fairfax newspapers, Minister Josh Frydenberg says they account for 37 per cent of our total energy use, and 98 per cent of our transport needs."

Minimum bicycle passing distance becomes law in NSW

New South Wales motorists will need to keep at least a metre between themselves and bikes when overtaking up to 60km/h, and 1.5-metres beyond it.

The penalty if you don't? $330 and two demerit points.


Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR Concept unveiled

Based on the Volkswagen Golf GTI, inspired by the TCR race car, the GTI TCR Concept will be put into production later this year. With 213kW of power and 370Nm of torque put to the front wheels through a locking differential.


Honda offering seven-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty until June 30

In an attempt to take on the likes of Kia, Honda is offering a seven-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty across its range until the end of financial year.


2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan revealed

It's big, folks. Meet the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the first high-sided vehicle (SUV) from the classic British luxury brand. With a twin-turbo V12 engine, the Architecture of Luxury for a platform and a lavish interior, it's going to be a winner among rappers and oligarchs alike.
