2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spied… again

Yesterday it was at the nurburgring and today, it’s in Japan. The images tell one story, the new STi is getting ready for action.
These photos were taken by a reader from Carscoop, once again the quad exhausts are obvious from the images, and the rims appear to be 18s.
Both the new STi and EvoX will land in Australia early next year (most probably in February). Unfortunately for Mitsubishi, the Lancer Ralliart (GSR) will land after the Evo X, giving the new WRX an unchallenged position for another 6 months.
Look closely, can you see four exhausts!

if it wasn’t for the fact that i am 22 and insurance would be $3000 i would get one straight away. I have heard good things, ppl will get used to the style.
This car is growing on me.
I like the wider bodied STi.
Any car that doesn`t come with a 6speed gearbox isn`t worthy of being classed as a sports/ performance car
dont you think that if it were actually the real sti that they would have gone to a little bit more effort to cover it up?
just seems strange that it would be that easy to spot..
having said that, i have seen photos of a blue sti at thr ‘ring with black tape running down the sides (not sure if its been published here yet)….looks pretty decent i must say! just get some after market tail lights and im sold!
