Porsche 911 GT3 RS Video History

By Alborz Fallah |

You won’t find any car enthusiasts that don’t have a soft spot for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, but not many may know of the rich history of the model line. The very first Porsche to carry the RS badge was in 1972 with the 911 2.7 RS. This beauty had about 156kW of power and could dash from 0-100km/h in 5.6 seconds. Since then we’ve seen the RS name appear on the 964, 993 and 996 model and of course the current generation 997 line.
