It’s low fuel usage and emissions are impressive, however there is still a bit more work to be done with the whole of lifecycle of the materials. They should be composed of a minimum of 25% recycled metal or plastic I think.

yea they’re always like that. they put “other” recalls…but not chrysler’s 300 000+ air bag recall thing…

So the A1 is targetted at the Mini market along with the new Polo. People are expecting the new Polo to be sub $30K ($30K for the Polo GTI) like it is atm. So this means that the A1/Mini will be that much better?

If it costs cooper money, from approximately 38K to 50K (with maximum options), what is the point of having an A3 that is in roughly the same pricing bracket. Plus, with the A4 starting at 50K, there is little room to move the A3 upwards. Interesting…

History repeats! The very first Polo was also an Audi 50, and only the grille separated them. A Google search immediately turned up a spiffing metallic green one (Scirocco green) with tan velour upholstery.
