Prices for an Astin Martin DB9 start at around $330,000 AUD, powered by a V12 engine which produces 335.6kW @ 6000rpm of power and 570Nm of torque, the Astin Martin gets from 0-100Km/h in just 5.1 secs. Now given that your car is worth that much, you’d think parking it on the side of the road wouldn’t be the best idea in the world?
Not so for this poor Astin Martin owner… okay actually I shouldn’t use the word poor when referring to an Astin Martin owner. This not so bright Astin Martin owner in Auckland had left the poor DB9 on the side of the road long enough for opportunist thieves to get away with stealing it’s 21 inch Astin Martin Mags worth at least $30,000 AUD!
