It is simply amazing that they have spent so many millions on a showroom, talk so much about servicing but yet manage to over fill my F430 with engine oil (takes only 9L, but their mechanics put in 11L). Will not be taking my car back there for service. These guys are only interested if you want to buy a Ferrari and couldn’t care less about your driving or servicing concerns. I can’t fathom just how POOR the level of quality and attention that these ‘micky-mouse’ service managers and mechanics have towards geniune owners! I know of other owners who will be taking further action.. Best advice I can give is take your precious car to ANYONE BUT these prima donnas! not happy jan.
