Anyway more about the Ring. We lapped the ring in 15 minutes. A relatively scenic drive in a V40 1.8L. It was definitely better to go for a lap in any car than not going for a lap at all. Besides the weird looks from spectators and getting blown away by 911s, M3s, RS4s, assorted motorbikes etc etc, the lap gave you a real sense of what the Nurburgring is.
