Wow, if that were in the States compared to population that would be about 300,000 cars. Oh yeah thats right, that many got recalled in America too.

Honda has lost it, badly.

So if people come to know that previous Commodores are not really Australian, would they have still bought those cars?

It’s a shame for Honda. Now I know why the outgoing Lancer is outselling the Civic!

My car is also in that range David, but considering trained monkeys could do a better job than my local Honda dealer, i’m not surprised that we both haven’t been informed.

Is this information correct?

My car is in that VIN number range and they said there was no current recall relating to the problem specified above.

In addition, it is not published on Honda’s website or from Honda’s internal website when they looked up the service history for my car.

Who to believe?

Quite embaressing… makes that problem with the steering wheel in the Corolla look all that less significant. And I tell you what it is dangerous not having brake lights, you dont realise it until you nearly rear end someone because they have braked hard in front of you without any brake lights!
