New Toyota Supra rendered
A set of new independent renderings for Toyota's reborn Supra have surfaced online, offering a convincing look at how the coming coupe might be styled.
The images, commissioned by enthusiast community SupraMkV.com, build on the proportions and vague details on offer with the latest batch of wintry spy photos.
No surprise, the creators of these renderings have transferred the lines and themes of Toyota's well-received FT-1 concept onto the spied prototype, crafting an immediately familiar look.
Of course, with the FT-1 debuting with a longer, lower and wider appearance, some liberties have been taken to fit its bold design onto the more compact prototype.
All the key features are there, though, from the pointed snout and stepped headlight design, to the bulbous fender vents, muscular haunches and massive duckbill spoiler at the rear.
It remains to be seen just how much of the FT-1's styling themes will appear on the final product, but some of these speculative aspects are likely to be spot-on.
What do you think of these renderings? Would the new Supra be on your shopping list if it looked like this? Tell us in the comments below.
