Well, to be fair, it USED to be the Lantra in early iterations. Hyundai didn’t use the Elantra tag on those early models to avoid confusion with the Elante marketed by Mitsubishi. When the Elante finished up, Hyundai could then switch to the Elantra name. So the author gets 1/2 a mark.
