2010 Mercedes-Benz SLK spy pics

It might seem too soon to talk about the next generation of Mercedes-Benz SLK, but some rumours already suggest the car could appear in showrooms as soon as late next year.
Looking at the rendering received today, the next-generation SLK looks a lot like a smaller version of Merc’s SL.
From the technical side of things, the car is expected to remain of similar proportions inside and out while under the bonnet, a diesel engine is expected to join the line-up for the first time.
