We have an RX350 2007 model as our family car and this is yet another car where I am happy to have the older model.

As you say Jake the new dash looks ridiculous.

To give credit though to Lexus, the specs on the unit itself seem quite good, but no 3G or Blue Ray. Don’t most kids riding in in the back of luxury cars now just play with their iPhones anyway to stay connected to the Internet and social network sites?

I think most units like these look a bit tacky on any car brand, I think only if Rolls -Royce or Bentley did this then it would have look pretty good.

The screens should be hidden into the seats when not in use, having a normal seat finish, when activated they then should come out from the seats to reveal what you see in the above images. All luxury brands should have this! This unforntumately in my opinion does look a bit ugly for a Lexus.
