Whether it’s for an entirely new model, a complete styling overhaul or a minor facelift, it’s always exciting to get a fresh batch of spy photos.

Thanks to the work of spy photographers across the globe, we’re constantly updated with sneaky shots of upcoming cars in their all-important development phase.

While early concept images can occasionally offer a preview of a car’s styling well before it hits showrooms, spy pictures are often the first proper glimpse of how a car is going to look, despite car makers doing their best to avoid giving away any secrets.
